Finding the perfect snare sample. Or breaking out of the loop. Or creating the best 808 glides. That takes time! And things can go real fast from artificial intelligence to actual boredom. Or frustration at the workplace! And it is here that AI-Care does its magic. An AI for AIs! You put the plug-in on your master channel. From there, it communicates with every AI-based plug-in you have loaded in your session. And Inter-plug-in communication has been a core feature of many of iZotope’s plug-ins such as Neutron 3 and Ozone 9. Plug-ins that support the technology “talk” to each other in the background. Here the innovative technology fully comes into fruition.
iZotope claims that through AI-Care up to fifty percent higher performance of individual plug-ins can be achieved. Secondly, ai-based software crashes much less through the newly developed interface “VSTea-time” in long studio sessions. Thirdly, the proprietary “Retire” mode will automatically delete old versions of updated plug-ins. Moreover, if the AI-Care plug-in is loaded in the recently announced CLAP format, the “APP-lause” mode can increase short-term AI performance by up to thirty percent.
Price and availability
AI-Care is available through iZotope’s website for 149 dollars. And it runs on macOS 10.13 or higher with native M1 compatibility on supported machines. In addition, the plug-in works on Windows 10 systems or higher and is Linux-compatible. AI-Care comes in plug-in formats AU, AAX, VST2, VST3, and CLAP. In addition, a limited demo version and an online manual are available on iZotope’s website. Also, presets are included. April fools!
