Sandberg announces 35th anniversary Racing Car Design themed basses
Sandberg is celebrating its 35th anniversary with four amazing looking racing car-themed basses. Each one comes in a lightly aged finish, with a 35 decal and bags of racing car style. The German company has certainly put the pedal to the metal with these great designs and I’m sure you’ll want to take one for a spin!
Sandberg 35th Anniversary Basses
The Sandberg 35th Anniversary Basses include the California TM, which is in Light Gray with red and blue racing stripes and is split coil-loaded, the California VS in British Racing Green, the California TT in Ruby Red with creme racing stripes, and finally the Forty Eight in Dyna Coat Blue finish with orange stripes, possibly my favourite of the four.

Aged to perfection
Each bass comes finished with Sandberg’s proprietary soft-ageing treatment and has lightly aged hardware, and a subtle celebratory 35 logo/decal. The ageing is very understated. I think it really suits the race car theme with the stripes and cheques, and I’m sure these models will sell out pretty quickly as they all look pretty stunning.
