Double Track

The latest Nembrini Audio Doubler plug-in turns your standard mono guitar performance into a stereo, double-tracked signal in. And it does is all in real time. Giving you the effect of two guitarists playing the same track on the left and right channel. Double tracking has long been a way for producers to get a much fuller guitar sound, and now you can achieve this within your favourite DAW.

Controls

The Doubler has controls for Sensitivity, Pitch, and Mono, plus Left and Right offset controls. You can use these to enhance your guitar and give you that double track effect. It will also work with  vocal or polyphonic instruments as well, and offers a natural doubling effect, which Nembrini Audio states adds both richness and depth to your recordings.

Overall, the Nembrini Audio plug-ins I have demoed and purchased myself have been good value for money. This new Doubler effect, on the face of it sounds pretty simple. Yet, you can use to on a lot of varied source material including drums for adding flams, vocals and also synths/keys. Plus, the main use of recording guitars, so it offers a lot of potential value for the creative music maker. As ever you can download a free demo and try before you buy.
