Thomann has a cracking deal on this 15-watt all-valve combo from Laney, the Cub12. It looks as though stock is a limited and so if you fancy a nice new combo for a bargain price, you will need to act quickly.

Powered by 2x EL84 power output and 3x ECC83 preamp valves, the Class A/B Laney Cub12 combo has vintage-inspired amp tones and uses an HH 12” speaker to deliver them.
15 Watts or 1 Watt?
The two inputs are labelled 15 Watts and <1 Watt, letting you quickly choose whether you want to blast out at full whack or go for a more subdued, neighbour-friendly output with your tube tone.

At 1 Watts this amp allows you to drive the power amp section really hard and get creamy overdrive, without going deaf.
Simplicity
The amp controls for are nice and simple, with Gain, Treble, Middle, Bass, Volume and Tone. You also get a series effects loop and a handy external speaker output rated at 8-16 Ohms.
