Thomann turns 70: Synth Deals and Special Offers

Who would’ve thought that the tiny shop that Hans Thomann Sr. opened in the sleepy village of Treppendorf in 1954 would grow to become one of the largest music retailers in the world? Over its 70-year-long history, the company steadily developed into a true global player. But Thomann never forgot its roots: To this day, every package is still shipped from Treppendorf – albeit now from a state-of-the-art logistics center.

For its 70th anniversary, Thomann teamed up with Arturia to create an exclusive limited edition of the MicroFreak! The popular hybrid synth sports a unique design only available at Thomann. With blue knobs, a dark touch keyboard, and many small design easter eggs, the Arturia MicroFreak Thomann Edition is a real eye-catcher.

I don’t think the MicroFreak needs any introduction – there’s a reason why this compact hybrid synth is one of the most successful new releases of the past few years. The digital oscillator offers no less than 21 different sound generation algorithms – perfect for extended sound design sessions. Add to that an analog state-variable filter, a powerful LFO, and a versatile modulation matrix, and you’ve got a synth that’ll keep you busy for years.

Sadly the lrice is not 362USD but 599 now. They mention sth about new deals every first day of the month… was it just one day for 362? No idea. At 362 it would have been an insta-kauf but at 600, hmm. Nah.
Still, thanks for all your work. Brings joy in my day!

Americans are blocked from ordering the Pulse sadly.
