The KMA Audio Machine’s Spatial-Temporal Modifier has been given a wintery look! This limited edition Cirrus ICE reverb/delay is being made available as a run of only 200 units worldwide. These pedals are designed and built in Berlin, Germany. They look pretty stunning, with a chilled, refined wintery look. Has winter finally come?
KMA Audio Machines Limited Edition Cirrus ICE
So what’s the new KMA Audio Machines’ Limited Edition Cirrus ICE all about? It combines a delay on the left-hand side along with a reverb on the right. Three modes for each combine with a neat set of adjustable parameters geared towards ambiences and soundscapes.
Reverb & Delay
The reverb has controls for Decay and Damp, whilst the delay has knobs for Time and Repeats. All nice and easy to play with. But the designers have thought up a few extra goodies to play with, too. With the reverb you have added Modulation, Low-pass and High-pass filters, whilst the delay has S/H, Modulation and Octave parameters to explore. You can also switch the order of the Reverb/Delay effects, which is great. This pedal also has a tap tempo function to keep everything in time easily, along with momentary switch options, so you can kick in the effect quickly if needed.
But we’re not done yet. An Expression input gives you realtime control over parameters using a footswitch, while the FX loop allows you to integrate nicely with other effects pedals. All this makes for a great effect for ambient tones that should keep you experimenting with all those options for quite a while.
I like KMA Machines pedals and this new limited edition one looks great – more importantly, the demo sounds are fantastic. Check out the video demo below to see if you’re ready to dive into KMA’s new winter wonderland….
