Mooer GE100 Pro: Affordable Multi-Effects Processor with AI Integration
Possibly the best budget Multi-Effects Processor of 2026?
With the release of the Mooer GE100 Pro multi-effects processor, more than a decade after launching its original entry-level effects unit, Mooer has announced the next AI evolution in its affordable line.

Mooer GE100 Pro
The GE100 Pro represents a significant technological update to the 2015 original, moving beyond standard digital modelling to incorporate advanced tone profiling. Built on the company’s third-generation hardware platform, the new unit introduces artificial intelligence capabilities to a compact device aimed at both beginners and gigging musicians.
MNRS 2.0 & More
The processor supports Mooer’s MNRS 2.0 amp profiling technology, Neural Amp Modeler (NAM) capture files, and third-party impulse response (IR) cabinet simulations. Making it a very versatile, affordable solution for musicians.
This reverse-modelling technology is designed to recreate the dynamic response and specific sound characteristics of classic amplifiers. In total, the unit comes equipped with more than 240 effects, amplifiers, and utility modules, alongside 150 preset slots organised across 50 banks.
AI StemLab
A core addition to the device is the AI StemLab ecosystem. This software feature allows users to separate audio tracks into isolated stems, such as removing guitars, drums, or vocals from a song to assist with practice and transcription.
Furthermore, the integrated AI Assistant allows players to generate custom tones by entering text descriptions of the specific sound they want to achieve. Unlike traditional entry-level processors that feature rigid signal paths, the GE100 Pro utilises a dynamic loading architecture, meaning musicians can route and stack multiple effect blocks of the same type in any order.
Colour Display
The physical layout has been updated with a revised design language centred around a 3.5-inch colour display. The chassis features a steel base plate and an aluminium expression pedal, which can be assigned to control volume or specific effect parameters.
This unit looks pretty robust and designed to gig with, which, for the price point, is a big step up from a lot of the cheaper plastic units from the competition.
For live performances, the hardware includes an integrated RGB lighting system. MOOER is releasing the device in two configurations: the standard GE100 Pro (white) and the GE100 Pro Li (black), which includes a built-in lithium battery designed for portable use and outdoor performances.
Looping
For songwriting and practice, the processor includes an 80-second stereo looper capable of unlimited overdubs. This is paired with an integrated drum machine containing 40 rhythm patterns and 10 metronome styles.
Connectivity
Musicians can manage, edit, and share presets via a dedicated desktop editor or a mobile app, and the device supports Bluetooth audio input for playing along with backing tracks wirelessly. Connectivity options include a USB-C port, which enables direct audio recording and playback to computers, smartphones, and tablets.
In terms of physical connectivity, the GE100 Pro offers a mono input, stereo outputs, and a mini-jack headphone. Pretty basic, but more than enough to get you up and running!
Who is it for?
The GE100 Pro and the GE100 Pro Li offer a lot of power and flexibility at a very affordable price point. Mooer has packed in many useful features and made them small enough to keep in your gig bag. They could make excellent rigs for beginners and pros alike. Plus, you could always store one in your gig bag as a backup.
Price & Availability
The Mooer GE100 Pro and the GE100 Pro Li are both available to order now at Thomann. Priced at $96/£87/€99 and $116/£104/€119 respectively.
