Born from a high-profile collaboration between the German audio brand Loewe Technology and the luxury jeweller Jacob & Co., these two extravagant headphones are a dramatic step into haute couture territory. With price tags to match, these handcrafted over-ear headphones cost €99,000 for the NOIR RAINBOW edition and €119,000 for the ICE DIAMOND edition. A battery life of up to 65 hours is impressive, although not particularly innovative given the current market standard.

Each pair of headphones comes with an integrated AI voice assistant called Leo that can perform real-time translations and other discreet tasks, further reinforcing the blend of technology and luxury throughout the product. Loewe describes these creations as ‘sculptural works of art the world has never seen before’, a sentiment that may be more widely recognised in the luxury art world than in the audio scene.
