Line 6 Helix Firmware Update 3.70 adds new amps, cabs, and effects to the popular Helix and HX product ranges. It follows on from the recent POD Go 2.0 firmware update last week.
Helix Firmware Update 3.70
Line 6 Firmware 3.70 adds six Original Amp Designs inspired by their popular Catalyst guitar amps. The new amp models include Clarity, Aristocrat, Carillon, Voltage, Kinetic, and Oblivion. Each amp features a unique integrated boost circuit optimised for that specific model. Users can then assign the Boost parameter to a stomp switch, providing a quick and accessible way to enhance their tone.

Updating
Updating to version 3.70 is fairly straightforward, but it’s important to note that the process may take around 30 minutes or more due to the inclusion of thousands of additional IR files.
