Do you remember the Harley Benton Dullahan from the end of 2019? Well, it looks like the company has introduced two new 24 frets versions with the Harley Benton Dullahan-FT 24 and AT 24 models. Read on to see what makes these new models different from the earlier offering.
Harley Benton Dullahan-FT 24
This new Harley Benton Dullahan follows on from the June release of the special FT with roasted neck. The Dullahan-FT 24 has an alder body with a Natural Open Pore Black Satin finish. The maple neck has a Modern C profile, a maple fingerboard and a 350 mm radius and 24 stainless steel frets in jumbo format. As with the standard version, both new models come loaded with a pair of Roswell Alnico-5 humbuckers.
Harley Benton Dullahan-AT 24
The Dullahan-AT 24 looks very similar, but has a mahogany body, maple veneer, and a really fetching “transparent black” paint job. It has the same maple neck with Modern C profile, but with an ebony fingerboard with a radius of 350 mm.
Great Value Modern headless design
These new headless designs come in a lot cheaper than something like the Kiesel Leia which we covered last week. If you are in the market for a modern headless guitar, at this price point, you’d be mad not to at least try one out!
You can follow the link below to order one from Thomann. Stocks should start coming in within the next few weeks. My guess is that these models will sell out quickly as the specification and price is really good, so if you’re interested in bagging one for yourself, don’t hang around too long!
