Pacific Peach Player Series
The Fender Pacific Peach Player Series is another limited run for this summer and follows on from the recent British Racing Green models announced earlier this month.
Pacific Peach Player Series Stratocaster
Pacific Peach Player Series Telecaster
It includes three models, a Stratocaster, a Telecaster and the Jazzmaster, each in this very distinctive Pacific Peach finish. Plus, the Jazzmaster has a matching painted headstock.
They are all alder-bodied models with Modern C profile maple necks and matching maple fretboards. Except for the Jazzmaster which has a Pau Ferro fretboard instead.
Pacific Peach Jazzmaster
Pickups
Both the Stratocaster and the Telecaster feature Player Series single-coil pickups.
Whereas the Jazzmaster has a set of Pure Vintage ’65 Single-Coil Jazzmaster pickups. This Jazzmaster has a 4-position blade switch, with master volume and tone, rather than the traditional Jazzmaster control layout with the Rhythm Circuit.
These models should start filtering through to Fender dealers over the coming weeks, so if you want one you may need to move quickly as limited-run colours are always popular with Fender fans.

Pacific Peach Case
Fender has also released a matching Classic Series Wood Case for the Strat and the Tele models, which is sold separately. Though they do not appear to have made one for the Jazzmaster, which is a shame. Especially, as Jazzmaster cases are often harder to source because they are a bit longer than a standard guitar case.

The Jazzie fits well, so 60s that colour! Even the matching headstock doesnt look that bad in this colour. The case surely is the cheap knockoff they offer these days as “case” that barely closes properly?
