Charvel Rick Graham DK24 in Relic Pink
Charvel Rick Graham Dinky-style Shredder now in a distressed finish for 2025
The Charvel Pro-Mod Signature Rick Graham DK24 2PT CM is the new 2025 version of his signature guitar and is now available in a relic nitro finish. Crafted to meet the demands of modern guitarists, this new version will appeal to many players.
Rick Graham DK24 in Relic Pink
This latest iteration of the Charvel Rick Graham DK24 is an updated version of his signature guitar, released back in 2021. It reminds me a lot of the standard pink Pro Mod HSS model, just with more attention to detail.
Alder & Maple
It keeps the same Gotoh Custom 510 recessed tremolo, just now it has an alder body (rather than basswood) and a 12″ to 16″ compound radius maple neck with 24 jumbo frets, a Graph Tech TUSQ XL nut, and a set of glow-in-the-dark Luminlay side dots. It is still a 4-bolt neck design, just without the previous caramelised maple neck.
Distressed & Reversed HSS
Plus, it has lost the Bareknuckle pickups of the 2021 model and now has a set of custom-wound Charvel models instead. These are in an HSS layout with the bridge humbucker and two single coils controlled by a five-way blade switch with a single Volume and Tone knob.
The biggest visual update is the distressed satin shell pink nitrocellulose finish and the new reverse headstock (fitted with Charvel locking tuners).
Dinky
Essentially, it’s the same Dinky shape as his previous signature model and is now built in Mexico, rather than Japan. It looks like a great modern guitar, and if you like relic finishes, then I’m sure it will appeal to you if you need a guitar with modern specifications, built for technical playing.
Price & Availability
This new 2025 model is around $900 cheaper than the 2021 Japanese-made version, which was listed for $2,599.99 on the Charvel site.
The Charvel Rick Graham DK24 is available to order now at Thomann, priced £1333/€1529.
