ADAM Audio H715 Reference: Studio and Audiophile Headphones in 1?
Premium open-back headphones for music production, mixing, and mastering.

Introducing the new flagship ADAM Audio H715 Reference premium studio headphones, the ideal choice for mobile music production and mixing.
Today at Amsterdam Dance Event 2026, ADAM Audio has unveiled a pair of premium open-back headphones with custom titanium-plated PEN drivers, Sonnox software integration, durable build quality, and a dedicated Hi-Fi mode for switching from a clinical studio listening experience to a more audiophile-friendly one.
ADAM Audio H715 Reference
The H715 Reference headphones have been carefully constructed with lightweight metal components and a spring steel headband with a slight gap in the central area of the padding to reduce the pressure that may arise from long listening sessions. The rotatable earcups use comfortable memory foam earpads, which attach magnetically, and the headphones include two pairs (soft-cloth/velour and faux-leather).
The Polyethylene Naphthalate (PEN) driver system has been created to be as lightweight and as rigid as possible for the fastest and most detailed transient response. This is further enhanced with the powerful neodymium magnets and the ventilation system that also contributes to a smoother high-frequency range. According to ADAM Audio, the sub-bass response reaches down to 9 Hz, allowing you to manage low-end elements like kicks and basses accurately.
When it comes to software integration, you can use the ADAM Audio Headphone Utility plugin in your DAW or inside the Sonnox ListenHub app for system-wide calibration. For this technology, ADAM Audio has worked alongside Sonnox to create calibration profiles specifically for the H715 Reference headphones with adjustable crossfeed to recreate the stereo image of your studio monitors.
With the Hi-Fi mode switch, you can change the character of the H715 completely for more leisurely listening. The H715 is also travel-friendly with a folding design, and the headphones ship with a premium travel case and a 1.3-meter coiled cable for studio use, as well as a 3-meter Hi-Fi cable with a 4.4 mm Pentaconn connector.
One thing to note is that with a 150-ohm impedance rating and a 94 dB/mW sensitivity, the H715 will need to be plugged into a premium audio interface (RME, UA Apollo, Apogee) or a dedicated headphone amp for optimum performance, rather than connected to the headphone output of your laptop or smartphone.
