The Rode Wireless microphone series has already built a strong reputation among streamers and content creators, with its balance of quality, affordability, and ease of use.

Apart from 32-bit recording, which allows the Wireless Pro to compete with many other pro recording devices in the video sphere, other new features like TimeCode generation make it more compatible than ever.

In addition, recording is made more convenient with automatic volume leveling. This means that even when you’re capturing in unpredictable environments you’ll be able to preserve the audio quality of your content.

The Wireless Pro’s receiver module is also equipped with a minijack headphones output, providing you with direct monitoring via the low-latency Series IV 2.4GHz codec. Meanwhile, the maximum range is 260 meters, which is impressive.

Of course, the Wireless Pro is also equipped with some familiar features from the Wireless GO II or Wireless ME. Apart from GainAssist, you also have the option to use a “safety channel” when recording.

This creates a split of the recording input with a 12 dB drop in level to avoid any clipping and compensate for any sudden level changes you may encounter in the field.

While the transmitter modules have built-in omnidirectional mics, you can also connect additional mics with a lockable mini-jack input and the system provides up to 7 hours of battery life.
