Soundcraft Signature Plus Series

If you remember the previous generation of Signature Series mixers, they were excellent budget solutions for home studios and small venues. With the new Soundcraft Signature Plus Series, the feature set has been enhanced considerably across four different sizes, including 12-, 16-, 22-, and 32-channel versions to suit a range of different applications.

More Information

Each channel strip is equipped with the renowned Ghost mic preamps, 3-band Sapphyre EQs with sweepable midrange, 1-knob dbx compressors, four aux sends, and a send for the Lexicon effects engine with 32 different algorithms, as well as a dedicated return track. In addition, each channel can be assigned across the two stereo subgroups for added flexibility.

The master section of the consoles has also been expanded, with extensive monitor sections for headphones and control room and talkback routing, making it possible to create complex setups from even the smaller consoles in the range. In addition, there are per-channel inserts and 4×4 USB-Caudio interfaces with 192 kHz recording.

While there isn’t a loopback function, you can simply reroute any channels back through the audio interface via the subgroups, allowing the Signature Plus mixers to be used for podcasting, streaming, recording, and live sound reinforcement at various scales. There is a slight price increase compared to the previous generation, but the range is as competitive as ever, no matter which size you choose.
