More Information

8-String Beast

Thankfully, Matt also shared another great image of this 8-string behemoth on his Instagram account. It looks like it has plenty of low-end grunt. As currently, this appears to be a one-off, we don’t unfortunately have all the juicy specifications of this bolt-on neck model.

Tuning?

What tuning is Matt using with this beast?

Some Muse fans online have guessed it is tuned to some form of Drop E. Which should be low enough to get your trousers flapping.

The Manson Guitar Works is just down the road from me and a lot of my friends build these guitars and work on them. It always amazes me how creative the whole team is and this latest monster looks epic!

Jackson World Of Warcraft

Another one-off guitar, and this time it’s this Jackson World of Warcraft built for Malevolence’s Konan Hall. If you were attending Download Festival, you may well have spotted this unique guitar being played on stage.

Download Festival Debut

For their recent secret set at Britain’s premier rock and metal festival, guitarist Konan Hall, an avid fan of the popular role-playing game World of Warcraft, showcased a truly unique instrument. He wielded an eye-catching Jackson Pro Plus XT Kelly KE HT6, a baritone guitar that was directly inspired by his in-game character.

Dwarf Paladin Tone

This “dream guitar” for many World of Warcraft enthusiasts features striking full-body artwork depicting Thraiin, a Dwarf Paladin customised by Hall himself.

Specifications for this baritone model include a nyatoh body, a three-piece thru-neck with a 27″ scale-length, a compound radius, and a 24-fret ebony fretboard with Luminlay side dots and cloaked Sharkfin inlays. It is loaded with a pair of Seymour Duncan Sentient and Nazgul humbuckers controlled by a single volume and tone control.

I have no idea what a Dwarf Paladin should sound like, but I’m guessing it is pretty heavy.

Dunable Custom Shop Yeti

Dunable Guitars make some amazing stuff (I’m forever perusing their site and drooling), and this weekend they dropped a couple of very sweet-looking Custom Shop Yeti models.

Crimson Black Burst Yeti

First up is the Crimson Black Burst Yeti. This sleek, no-frills guitar boasts a Swamp Ash body, Mahogany neck, and Indian Rosewood fretboard.

It’s finished with a satin light tobacco lacquer that not only looks great but also enhances the guitar’s tone and resonance. Equipped with Dunable’s own Baphomet pickups, this model delivers an articulate, high-output sound. It also features a Vibrola tailpiece, offering a vintage feel with modern tuning stability.

Weathered Tobacco Burst Yeti

If you prefer a hardtail setup, the Weathered Tobacco Burst Yeti could be your perfect match. It shares the same stripped-down aesthetic and premium tonewood combination—a Swamp Ash body, Mahogany neck, and Indian Rosewood fingerboard.

However, this model is loaded with Dunable Slugwolf pickups, known for their aggressive midrange and full-bodied clarity. These pickups give this Yeti a unique voice, making it ideal for heavier or more dynamic playing styles.

Price & Availability

Both of these exceptional guitars are priced at $3250. Dunable’s custom shop runs tend to sell out quickly, so don’t wait too long if you’re interested!

I just want both of them, so I’m off to sell a kidney.
