Cosmic Background pulls together different patchable and pre-patched elements to generate a super versatile analogue drum voice.

Packed into this module are 4 interconnected sections. There’s a source of White Noise, a Release Generator, a high and lowpass filter and a VCA. You can patch these independently if you wish or if you leave it alone you’ll find it pre-patched behind the scenes into a very versatile analogue drum voice. It’ll handle everything from big kicks to sizzling hats and snazzy snares dialling in the release from tick to boom.
All the patch points let you bring other sources directly to the filter and modulation direct to every parameter. The Noise, VCF and VCA have their own outputs giving you many choices from the one module.

Looks like a really useful module that you are likely to want more than one of. Cosmic Background is available now fully assembled for £160 ex VAT or as a range of very reasonable PCB/Panel kits that can also include the chipset if you wish.
