Telegrapher Loudspeakers has unleashed a range of new animalistic studio monitors, including 2-way, 3-way, and subwoofer options for producers.

Based in Istanbul, Turkey, Telegrapher Loudspeakers burst onto the scene in 2024, and since then the manufacturer has made a lasting impression with the bold design and sound of its monitors, as well as a notable artist collaboration with Deadmau5.

Up until now, the range was more focussed at high-end audio users, with a line of studio monitors that started at around $5000 a pair. However, this year the company brings a whole new range of speakers and a new studio subwoofer to NAMM, and although pricing is not yet available, Telegrapher assures that some of the new offerings are more accessible than those currently available.

The new range starts with the Raccoon, a 2-way 6-inch Class-D amplified (2 x 50W) active monitor with a tuned passive radiator enclosure design that extends the low-end response. With a similar design philosophy to the larger Telegrapher speakers, the Raccoon has a 45 – 20,000 Hz frequency response with accurate stereo imaging and neutral midrange reproduction.

Next up is the Panda, a 3-way active monitor with an 8-inch woofer, 4-inch midrange driver, and a 1-inch tweeter. The 35 – 20,000 Hz frequency range is divided with an active time-aligned analogue crossover system with filters at 440 Hz and 3.5 kHz, and a switchable high-pass filter at 40 Hz.

With a similar look and feel, the Hippo 250W 10-inch subwoofer rounds off the range, and it’s also available in five colours. The Hippo is equipped with through ports for connecting studio monitors directly, and there is a variable crossover (30 – 300 Hz), a phase control (0-180 degrees), and a polarity switch. Finally, Telegrapher has also unleashed the Carbon Fox, a new version of the Fox compact studio monitor with a carbon fiber enclosure for more precise reproduction in studios and live sound environments.
