RODE announces RODEcaster DUO, Streamer X, and PodMic USB at NAB 2023

Announced at NAB Show 2023, RODE has dropped the motherload, including the RODEcaster DUO, the Streamer X, the and PodMic USB.
RODE seems as focused as ever on providing convenient new solutions for streaming and content creation. There’s plenty to look at, so let’s get into it!
RODEcaster DUO
The RODEcaster DUO offers a similar range of features to the popular RODEcaster II production console, but this time, in a more compact form factor.
This includes the same quad-core audio engine, two Revolution preamps, TRRS input on the front, Aphex audio processing, and plenty of features that allow you to customize it for your specific workflow.

Streamer X
Under the RODE X division for streamers, gamers, and content creators, the Streamer X combines audio interface and 4K video capture care into one compact desktop console.
Audio connectivity includes a phantom-powered XLR combo input, headset input, and RODE wireless mic input. Audio signals can be enhanced with Aphex processing and you can use the RODE X UNIFY software to control in-stream levels and routing.
In addition, the Streamer X allows streaming at up to 4K 30fps or 2K 60fps or video through at up to 4K 60fps or 2K 120 fps.

PodMic USB
RODE has taken the design of the popular PodMic and enhanced its versatility with an integrated preamp and interface that connects via USB-C.
When using the XLR connection, you get the same performance as the PodMic with a newly designed windshield. The PodMic USB also offers a headphones output with volume control, DSP processing, and compatibility with mobile devices.
What’s more, the PodMic USB can be integrated with all RODE software including RODE Central, RODE Connect, RODE Capture, and UNIFY.

Also launched at NAB 2023 is the new RODE Wireless GO II charge case as well as a new RODEcaster Pro II firmware update that unlocks Wireless microphone connectivity.
