The Roland SYSTEM-500 Complete Set is a fully analogue modular synth contained in a beautiful wooden case giving you a versatile, portable and stackable vintage sound. This is based upon the legendary SYSTEM-700 and SYSTEM-100M modular synthesisers that could fill a room and cost the price of a small flat, and were universally revered by musicians and pioneers. The SYSTEM-500 brings all that history and genealogy to an affordable box of modular units, Roland say.

The SYSTEM-500 Complete Set is made for the Eurorack system and can integrate into an existing modular setup. The box is balanced, can sit flat or tiled and gives you clean, stable power. You can take it with you or stack it up to build a larger, more powerful system.

You get 5 modules:
512 – two VCOs with saw, sine and square waves.
521 – two VCFs with selectable high-pass
530 – two VCAs with multiple CV inputs
540 – two ADSR envelopes and invertible LFO with five waveform types
572 – phase, delay, gate delay and invertible LFO

Braided patch cables round it all off to let you plug everything into everything else to achieve modular nirvana.
