IMPLEXUS: West and East Coast fusion analog synthesizer needs you!
The IMPLEXUS from Majella Audio needs 1 or 2 more pledges to get it over the line. You could help make this amazingly visual synthesizer a reality with only a couple of days to go.
You have to check this thing out. It’s fabulously innovative in style and synthesis and in danger of not reaching its Kickstarter goal. €1299 is a lot to ask for a new and unproven synth but over 60 have already backed it and it just needs a few more adventurers to jump on board. It’s also an opportunity to get your hands on an interesting synthesizer at a price you won’t see again.
IMPLEXUS mixes East and West coast styles of synthesis which means it has waveshaping and folding as well as filtering and familiar signal flows. So you’re adding harmonics, folding and shaping and using Bias to control voltage asymetrically before you’ve even touched the filter.
The other thing going for it is the visual representation of modulation with these gorgeous curves of light that surround various functions. They give such movement and signal feedback that make it an exciting machine to play with.
So if you’re into interesting synthesizers and unique combinations of synthesis elements then head over to the Kickstarter page and see if you can help bring this thing to life.
