The HK Audio Polar MK2 column PA speaker system now has two new configuration options, including the Polar 10 MK2 and Polar 12 MK2.
The Polar column speaker systems provide a complete portable solution for sound reinforcement at small-scale events. Available with 10 and 12-inch subwoofer configurations, the columns are equipped with six neodymium midrange drivers and a precision tweeter with a constant directivity horn design.

In the new MK2 version, the columns have been upgraded with high-rigidity aluminium housings, which considerably improve the dispersion, which you’ll notice in the midrange. The speaker grille of both the column and subwoofer also features a hexagon design, which gives the Polar MK2 a rugged new look.
In addition, the Bluetooth connectivity has been updated, which now features TWS (True Wireless Stereo) technology. This allows you to wirelessly pair two Polar MK2 columns in a stereo configuration, with a quick and easy setup process.
Furthermore, on the rear panel of the subwoofer, the built-in mixer has been expanded with two XLR combo mic/line input channels (now with Phantom Power), a TRS input channel, and a stereo channel for Bluetooth and RCA connections, which can be used simultaneously.
What’s more, there’s a handy USB-C charging socket for tablets and mobile devices. On either side of the subwoofer housings, there are conveniently built-in carry handles for easy transportation, and the column’s connection to the subwoofer has also been improved for increased stability.
Overall, the Polar MK2 offers more flexibility and value than ever, and it’s currently available in 10-inch (Polar 10 MK2) and 12-inch (Polar 12 MK2) subwoofer options.
