Sennheiser MKE 200 Mobile Kit
The included camera microphone has a supercardioid directional characteristic to effectively block out ambient noise and place your voice in focus. Additionally, the integrated windshield and swing bracket help reduce wind and mechanical noise. The microphone connects to cameras and mobile devices with the bundled 3.5mm TRS and TRRS cables.
In more technical terms, the condenser microphone picks up a wide frequency range (40 Hz to 20 kHz) at a maximum sound pressure level of 120 dB SPL. It also weighs just 48g and it doesn’t require batteries for operation. Together with the TRS and TRRS cables, an additional fur windshield and a storage bag are provided in the package.
A smartphone holder is also included in this set. It is made of aluminum and features rubber grips to ensure a secure fit for almost any smartphone. It also has a locking wheel which enables portrait or landscape positioning. So you can record in any orientation without problems.
