Boom 3D is a system-wide volume booster and equalizer made for macOS that also comes with a built-in audio player.
In addition to all the 3D Surround stuff, it’s able to boost your Mac’s volume and gives you a 10-band EQ (plus additional EQ choices) with presets for various genres and occasions. The software is organized into 3D surround, Ambience, Fidelity, Night Mode, and Spatial pages. Each offers a set of controls, keeping it simple but also fully-featured.
The 3D Surround engine has simulations of Left Front, Right Front, a pair of Tweeters, Left & Right surround, and Subwoofer with bass control. Plenty of stuff to try and tinker with!
