If you’re not familiar with Altiverb, it’s an incredibly realistic-sounding convolution reverb plug-in developed by Arjen Van Der Schoot of Audio Ease based in Utrecht, Netherlands.

Instead of using DSP algorithms exclusively, Altiverb uses an extensive sample-based library to create acoustic spaces with unprecedented quality. The extensive library provides a wide range of outdoor and indoor spaces, as well as recreations of classic reverb units and effects.

The latest Altiverb update brings a slicker and more responsive scalable interface with quicker load times. In addition, the patch library has been improved for more streamlined browsing and there are features like automatic input-pan following to create multiple reverbs around a single source.
