Earlier this month, Gibson dropped two new Double Trouble guitars and added them to their line-up. This, of course, included a stunning Dirty Lemon Burst and a more traditional *Cherry Sunburst.
These are a limited run, so act quickly before the *15% discount disappears! Why should you buy the Gibson Les Paul? Well, these Double Trouble examples feature Double White Burstbucker Pro pickups, which are controlled via push/pull pots to give you maximum versatility.
For me, I’d go for the Dirty Lemon high-gloss burst; it looks especially tidy without the classic bindings. Regardless, buying these from Thomann will provide a nice addition to your collection and will help keep your wallet full. Well, minus the price of a stunning LP.
Gibson Les Paul Studio Session CH
Discounted Les Pauls don’t stop at the Double Trouble units either! How about this sophisticated Studio Session in a Cherry finish? This has been reduced from £1,939 / €2,237 to a *respectable £1,759 / €2029!
In return for less cash, you get the classic Gibson Mahogany body, but being a studio, there’s a slim taper neck mated to an Ebony fingerboard. In terms of amplification, this also has the push/pull pots, but this time mated to 57 Classic pickups.
