Dave Mustaine Flying V Prophecy

This Epiphone Dave Mustaine Flying V Prophecy is one of two official Mustaine releases today, the other being new signature Kramer models.

Available in two versions, one with  Aged Dark Red Burst and the other Black Metallic. This latest Flying V signature model for Mustaine is a more affordable option that is aimed at guitarists who wanted one of Dave’s guitars.

Up until now, there have only been Gibson Mustaine models available and so these Epiphones will fill a void in the marketplace for cheaper alternatives to those.

Though he also has his new Kramer Dave Mustaine Collection launching today as well!

These have 2 Volumes, and 1 Tone with push/pull potentiometers for coil splitting and voice selection.

This one also has a AAA flame maple veneer top under the finish. Plus, instead of being a string-thru body, it has a stop tailpiece instead. It also has a mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets and Dave’s custom “D” profile.

Both versions have a white body, neck, headstock binding and black nickel hardware throughout. They also come in Epiphone hardshell cases to keep them safe.
