Just in time for the summer holidays, there’s a new Daddario raffle! Together with Thomann, the string manufacturer is giving away a four-day trip to the Guitar Summit 2025 in Mannheim! Read on for details.
Daddario Raffle: Win a Trip to Guitar Summit 2025
The string manufacturer and Thomann have come up with something special for the Daddario raffle, which runs from July 17, 2025 (00:00 a.m.) to July 31, 2025 (11:59 p.m.). If you purchase a set of strings from Daddario’s XS series at Thomann* during the promotional period, you will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
You can win a four-day trip to the Guitar Summit 2025 in Mannheim, from September 25 to 29, 2025. The summit will take place from September 26 to 28, 2025. The prize includes travel by train (Deutsche Bahn, 1st class within Germany) to Frankfurt am Main or flight (up to €1,200 for a return flight within Europe) including pick-up at Frankfurt Airport.
You will stay at a hotel in Mannheim, and you can spend three days at the Guitar Summit and get to know the latest guitars, basses, amps, and pedals. There will also be numerous exciting masterclasses and outstanding concerts. The winner will also get to choose an instrument of their choice from the Harley Benton range. This will then be presented at the HB stand at Guitar Summit 2025. On top of that, there is 200 euros/GBP pocket money! What an awesome Daddario raffle!
Which Daddario String Sets Qualify for Participation?
As mentioned, participating in the Daddario raffle is easy. If you purchase a set of strings from D’Addario’s XS series during the promotional period, you will be automatically entered. There is a whole range of string sets for electric guitars, acoustic guitars, and mandolins. Conveniently, most of the string sets are currently discounted.
Different string gauges, including three sets in one, are available to suit various needs, with some even featuring 80/20 bronze. All strings feature a polymer coating, making them significantly more durable. They also retain their tone longer.

All details about which XS strings are included, as well as the exact terms and conditions, can be found on Thomann’s landing page*. In principle, anyone over the age of 18 from Europe (including the UK and Switzerland) is eligible to participate if they purchase one of the mentioned string sets during the promotional period. The winner will be notified by email after the end of the promotion.
The prize does not include travel to the departure point, return transfer to the train station or airport on September 29, 2025, or meals during the trip. That’s what your spending money is for!
