ALM Busycircuits, famous for Pamela’s Workout and Akemie’s Taiko amongst other things, has posted an image of the rack they are taking to Superbooth. Other than Pam’s Workout the rest are new and looking very interesting.

Busycircuits have been busy

Try as I might I can’t pick out a lot of detail. The first module is alarmingly named “?????”. It has a little screen, lots of patch sockets and what may well be a USB port. Would that make it some kind of sampler? The top row of patch points are labelled as Trigger Inputs, so it has 8 things to trigger. It also has audio inputs, “Quality”, “Rate”, and “Loop” buttons. Yeah, very sampler like.

Next to that is M-DCO which is probably a dual oscillator. Then we have the amazing looking Quaid Megaslope which must, I imagine, be an envelope of some kind. The last one is called “Tangle Quarter” and looks like a VCA or mixer.

Nice looking bunch of modules. Interesting aesthetic going on. Can’t wait to find out more at Superbooth.
