Oh come on! Behringer continues to tease in video number 4. It showcases a more ambient, pad-laden sound and reveals exactly how many voices this synthesizer has. First you get a row of glowing LED voice indicators streaming up to the number 12. And then a passing shot of the words “Analog 12-Voice Polyphonic Synthesizer” emblazoned across the hardware.

12 voices is pretty unprecedented. I mean we’re now talking about comparing it to the Dave Smith Instrument’s Prophet 12 or the Oberheim OB-12 both of which are serious pieces of kit.

There’s no doubt that the artists in the video are having a lovely time with it. So come on Behringer, stop this nonsense. You put up this video at like 8 o’clock on a Sunday morning – I should be in bed!
