Early August Thomann Deals:
Behringer BM-13 Phaser
First up in this look at deals of the week, we’ve got the newly reduced Moog recreation from Behringer. This was €199 / £99, and is now €99 / £85, representing a *16% saving over RRP.
Visually, this looks like the original unit from 30 years ago. Aside from nostalgic visuals, we get a 12-stage phaser along with powerful modulation sounds.
I like that there’s an envelope control for dynamic modulations for a little more expression. Well worth getting hold of at this price while you can.
Quilter Elevate
Next up we’ve got one of Thomann’s prestigious weekly deals. This week, it belongs to the aesthetically attractive *Quilter Elevate.
What is the Quilter Elevate for? This is an ideal cab replacement for silent stages or recording studios. We get a healthy combination of digital and physical controls for reverb, modulation, gain and compression, to name a few.
Along with the JamLink wireless compatibility, there’s also a bunch of outputs for various scenarios. All in all, a great piece of kit for gigging guitarists. Perhaps a budget Quad Cortex alternative?
IK Multimedia ToneX One
