Martin Custom Shop M Paisley Ember Burst
The Martin Custom Shop M Paisley Ember Burst is an absolute highlight in Martin’s 2026 lineup and was designed by Martin President and CEO Thomas Ripsam himself. It features an intricately designed Engelmann spruce top with a unique paisley pattern, incorporating snowflake and diamond motifs, and a beautiful ember-burst finish.
The guitar features the unique M/0000-14-Fret body shape, which delivers a clear, balanced, and powerful sound. Musically, this Custom Shop model benefits from its Forward-Shifted Golden Era Scalloped X-Bracing and a black walnut neck with a GE Modified Low Oval profile. The ebony fretboard is adorned with finely crafted abalone snowflake inlays, and the combination with quilted maple back and sides ensures lively overtones with bass-heavy, full projection.
High-end hardware, such as Waverly gold tuners and an ebony GE Modern Belly bridge, underscores the premium character of the Custom Shop M Paisley. In addition, the LR Baggs Anthem pickup delivers powerful and authentic sound on stage or in the studio. The guitar is available on Martin’s website for €11,299.99.
Martin O’ahu K-42 Hibiscus
The Martin O’ahu K-42 Hibiscus is another outstanding Custom Shop model from the 2026 collection. It features the distinctive O’ahu K-42 body shape, which offers powerful, balanced projection. Its striking Hibiscus Burst finish combines warm colors with subtle grain, giving the guitar a unique visual character.
When it comes to its other components, the O’ahu K-42 Hibiscus, like the Custom Shop M Paisley, relies on premium materials: a solid Sitka spruce top, solid koa back and sides, a mahogany neck, and an ebony fretboard. In addition, Martin opted for a GE-Scalloped X bracing.
Martin has fitted this model with high-quality Waverly Gold tuners with liquid metal posts and abalone dots, as well as a bone saddle. Unlike the Custom Shop M Paisley, you can also order the O’ahu K-42 Hibiscus from Thomann* for a modest €20,399.
