Apogee continues its NAMM 2019 onslaught with the announcement of new additions to its FX Rack DSP-Native plug-in platform. First things first, Apogee enabled DualPath monitoring for its Ensemble and Element interfaces. DualPath is Apogee’s tech for making its digital effects run both on hardware DSP and natively inside your DAW, retaining low latency and a simplified workflow.

Further on, Logic Pro X users now benefit from a LPX Direct button and Audio Device Control view, all controlled from a single window inside the DAW. The integration between Apogee interfaces and Apple’s audio production software has become this much tighter now.

Finally, Apogee added new Pultec EQ emulations to its FX Rack – MEQ-5 and EQP-1A models. The Pultec Series bundle for Apogee FX Rack will be available in March, priced USD 200. All in all, it seems like a good time to be invested in Apogee’s device and software ecosystem.
