Make Noise have had a lovely time celebrating a decade in the business of making Eurorack modules and synthesizers. The latest anniversary tie-in is the Lightning Pack which features a limited edition black fronted Maths module, a Teleplexer and a t-shirt.

The Maths is the super sexy black version from the Black & Gold Shared System they sell as a complete synthesizer. Maths is a dual analog control voltage and function generator which can be all sorts of things. Envelopes, LFO’s, logic functions or combinations of these sorts of things. Everyone should have at least one Maths in their rack.

The other module is the Teleplexer, which they say is for “manual Teleplexin'”. It’s essentially a signal router that patches any number of control sources to the 3 outputs on the front panel. Connect a patch cable to a control source – LFO, sequence, envelope, etc. – and then by touching the other bare end to a plate you can momentarily send that source to the connected destination. It sounds a bit nuts but it makes a lot more sense if you watch the video below.

More Information

The t-shirt is available with either the 10-year logo or the modDemod design.

The Lightning Pack is only available in limited numbers direct from Make Noise and will cost you $310 plus shipping and local taxes. Maths is commonly $290 on its own so I’d say that makes this pack a bit of a bargain.
