It’s not quite an Acoustasonic, but Ibanez’ FRH series certainly hints at that semi-acoustic direction, albeit being a nylon version, which we know from the Tim Henson signature. Additionally, Ibanez Acoustics 2025 includes a couple of beautiful Advanced Auditorium models.let’s take a look.

Ibanez Acoustics 2025: The FRH Series Adds Two Beautiful Colors!

The Ibanez FRH Series concert guitar features a flamed maple top paired with sapele back and sides, resulting in a sleek and resonant instrument. It also comes with a nyatoh neck and a rosewood fretboard with 22 frets. With dimensions of 46 mm for the nut, a 400 mm radius, and a 25.5″ scale, the guitar feels both familiar and refined.

Its looks are sharp, featuring acrylic and abalone block inlays, gold tuners, and a stunning Cosmic Blue Starburst Low Gloss finish. This matte polyurethane coating gives it a modern, understated vibe. Details like the binding and cutaway-inspired body shaping make it more than stage-ready.

Electronics include the Ibanez undersaddle pickup and AEQ210T preamp with volume, bass, and treble controls. This includes a built-in tuner. Plugged in or acoustic, this guitar will turn heads. Ibanez AA Series: Three New Advanced Auditorium Models!

These three new models from Ibanez’ Advanced Auditorium series bring a modern vibe with flamed maple back and sides and a solid Sitka spruce top. Neck, fretboard, and bridge are all maple, giving it a crisp, bright aesthetic that matches the tone.

Details of these Ibanez Acoustics 2025 models include black dot inlays, a pearl rosette with binding, and chrome die-cast tuners. Electronics are handled by the T-bar undersaddle pickup and Ibanez Custom preamp with an onboard tuner. There are two finishes available for the AAM70 models: Transparent Antique White Ice Blue* or Transparent Antique White Peach Fuzz*.

Compared to the Ice Blue and Peach Fuzz models, the Transparent Panda Gloss* model from the AAM370 series adds a cutaway and a rosewood fretboard and bridge instead of maple. It shares the same spruce top, flamed maple body, and Ibanez electronics, but the high-gloss finish and cutaway give it a more traditional stage-ready look. Each of these acoustic guitars from Ibanez Acoustics 2025 is available for $683 / £614 / €699 at Thomann.
