This channel strip plug-in is derived from the 1975 Harrison 32C analog console. It emulates the original four-band parametric EQ, filter section, dynamics processing, Master and Routing sections. The four-band parametric EQ features proportional Q adjustments, switchable bell/shelving curves for the high and low bands, and a pair of broad midrange bands (186Hz to 4.1kHz and 370 to 8.1kHz).
The HPF and LPF filters are immediately below, complete with a Bump switch for the HPF filter. To the left are the Input and Output controls, and the Compressor with just Ratio and Makeup knobs. You can choose from 3 modes – Compressor, Leveler, and Limiter. A flexible Routing section lets you place the Compressor, Filters, and Equalizer between the Input and Output stages as needed.

Harrison and Plugin Boutique are giving away the AVA Mastering EQ until June 9, 2022! is 31-band equalizer plug-in based on digital filters developed for Harrison’s line of digital consoles. According to the developer, AVA Mastering EQ provides special filter shapes which are particularly useful in mastering. Another trick up its sleeve is preserving the linear response between band edges when adjusting adjacent bands. This helps keep the track’s harmonic balance intact. The functionality is complete by additional high pass and low pass filters along with a real-time analyzer.
