Harley Benton PB-62CC: P-Style Bass With Vintage Vibes!
Three colors and a lefty model!
The P-Bass family from HB is growing! After the Shorty edition, the Harley Benton PB-62CC is the latest Preci-Bass in the long scale format.
Harley Benton PB-62CC
In terms of wood, the Harley Benton PB-62CC features a basswood body (like the other PB models from HB) and a bolt-on neck (C-profile) made of Canadian maple in a vintage caramelized style. Like the PB-20l, the fingerboard is made of Laurel with white ABS dot inlays.

In terms of dimensions, this classic long-scale bass has a 34″ scale length and a 12″ fretboard radius. It also comes with 20 medium frets, a triple-layered tortoise pickguard, and a 1.7″ (43mm) white graphite nut.
Pickups and Hardware
Harley Benton uses their own CB01-CR tuners, which have a similar vintage vibe like the OG Preci tuners. In addition, a B401-CR is used for the bridge and the hardware has a beautiful chrome look.

The typical split-coil pickup is a Roswell PBA Alinco 5. Its sound can be further customized with a volume and tone control. All in all, this is a pretty well-rounded package that HB is offering at the typically affordable entry-level prices. And more vintage flavor is never a bad thing with P-basses anyway.

How Much Does the Harley Benton PB-62CC Cost?
Three colors and a lefty version are available as alternatives for the Harley Benton PB-62CC. The models in Black Gloss*, Olympic White Gloss* and Sunburst Gloss*, as well as the lefty model* (Black Gloss as well), cost €159 each at Thomann.
