Dual-Voice Coils
The secret of the Peacekeeper lies in Celestion’s unique dual-voice coil design.
The first coil drives the diaphragm but has a low BL value to allow for damping. The second coil ensures the bass remains tight and the tone remains true to its integrity. This special design allows any amplifier to be driven hotter to achieve that juicy, distorted sound we all want, but at manageable volumes. The power handling is a whopping 50 watts.
