Grind Machine II free for a short time
Audio Assault recently released its new Grind Machine II, a derivative of its “legendary Tone Monster.” This beast packs a lot of brutal Metal style amps in one package. Even the micro-dynamic movements of the amps were remastered, which in turn makes the concept unique. There is also a cabinet section with a collection of emulations.
The graphical user interface is very straightforward and clear, so it’s easy to operate. It comes with an integrated gate, a pre-switch bypass (so you can use the cabinets only) and a Tight switch, which activates the booster (better low-end and softer high-gain). 15 preamps are available. These include Buttertone, AK-45, 90210 and UV35. Then a set of 15 cabinets complete the plug-in. And you can even add your own cabinets in the form of IRs.

Audio Assault Grind Machine II will be available for free until July 13, 2019 on the manufacturer’s website. After that, the plug-in costs USD 49.99 . The amp simulation runs on Mac OSX and Windows as VST, VST3, AU and AAX. A demo version is also available on the website as a download.
