Harley Benton G112Plus LTD V30UK
The Harley Benton G112Plus LTD V30UK is a lightweight and compact guitar cabinet weighing just 10.6 kg, perfect for smaller sessions and stages. Like all three cabinets, it features a 12″ Celestion Vintage 30 speaker made in the UK.
This speaker delivers 60 watts at 8 ohms from the semi-open enclosure and packs a powerful punch for its size. The cabinet features an 18 mm thick Falcata core, a meranti back panel, and a plywood front. The cabinets are covered in black Tolex, have sturdy carrying handles, and metal corners. They also feature non-slip, vibration-damping rubber feet.
The grille cloth is also removable on all cabinets, handy when mic’ing up, etc.
Harley Benton G212Plus LTD V30UK
If you want something a bit bigger, the Harley Benton G212Plus LTD V30UK is the right choice. This cabinet is equipped with two 12″ Celestion Vintage 30 speakers, made in the UK, mounted on a slightly angled baffle. It delivers 120 watts at 4 ohms (mono) or 60 watts at 8 ohms (stereo).
It also features a 3-piece open/closed rear baffle option, which can significantly affect the sound and adjust to the application. However, this cabinet also weighs in at a hefty 19.7 kg (so get your singer to lift it into venues for you).
Harley Benton G212VPlus Vertical LTD V30UK
Fans of vertical speaker configurations will also find what they’re looking for. The Harley Benton G212VPlus Vertical LTD V30UK features this design and the same specifications. The cabinet delivers 120 watts at 16 ohms.
Its front panel is angled in the upper half, which is practical when standing close to the speaker. This cabinet also features an optional partial rear opening.
Price & Availability
The Harley Benton V30UK cabinets start at $237/€249. Great value for money, especially since they’re all loaded with Celestion V30 speakers.
All three speaker cabinets are available now at Thomann.
