The Omnitronic PM-404F is a four-channel DJ mixer with connectivity that allows you to play from anything from turntables to Bluetooth devices.

When we take a closer look at the PM-404F’s four channels, they have 2-band EQs and high- and low-pass filters, which can be accessed quickly from a single knob. Each channel can also be assigned to either side of the crossfader, which has an adjustable curve control to suit the DJing style.
The first two channels allow you to run phono, line, or Bluetooth signals, while channels 3 and 4 can toggle between Bluetooth and two different RCA line inputs each. Like most mixers this size, you can also balance your headphone mix between the channels assigned to the cue bus and the main program output, as well as adjust the cue, booth, and master levels separately.
One particularly neat feature is the control for the record out. Unfortunately, the preamps of every portable recording device were not created equal, so this lets you set your level precisely for recording your set or streaming it online. Meanwhile, on the front panel, you’ll find a switch for changing the crossfader mode, an XLR mic input, and stereo 1/4-inch and minijack headphones ports.
To adjust the mic signal, there is a 2-band EQ and a talkover feature that ducks the mix when you speak or sing into the mic. Overall, the PM-404F provides a wide range of connectivity options for different types of DJ setups, and the workflow lets you quickly get smooth transitions between your tracks.
