Chandler Limited REDD Mixing System
In collaboration with the iconic Abbey Road Studios, Chandler Limited has spent over six years developing the REDD Mixing System, combining elements from the legendary REDD, TG, and RS consoles into a single modernized recording system with modular flexibility. Whether you are tracking or mixing, or both, the REDD System lets you customize your ultimate console.
This means you can choose between a combination of tube (EF86) or solid-state circuitry and large-format or more compact form factors. The classic design of the REDD System extends the rich heritage of the fabled EMI recording consoles, used by the likes of The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and Pink Floyd.
This prestigious legacy was carried from the REDD.37 in 1958, to the REDD.51 in 1964, and the TG12345 MKI in 1968, each of which has shaped and influenced the sound of recorded music. The REDD System takes its cues from the modular design of the original TG consoles which could be scaled down for different recording and broadcast applications.
The REDD System allows you to choose between REDD, TG, and RS channel strips and busses with a choice of tube or solid state modules. This allows you to start with an input stage and slowly expand your REDD System. Because it’s modular and rackmountable, you can split the console up for different applications or to suit your particular recording studio room layout.
