The SSL Meter Pro plugin is a complete analysis and loudness metering tool with presets for a range of international loudness formats.
Using the existing Meter plugin as a foundation, SSL has expanded the feature set, adding a range of new analysis functionality and introducing the SSL 360° V1.9 update for the UF1, UF8, and UC1 DAW control surfaces.
SSL Meter Pro
Meter Pro is an all-in-one real-time analysis solution, giving you a complete overview of Loudness, RTA, True Peak, and RMS levels, phase coherence, and stereo balance. The plugin supports up to 7.1.4 channels, which is ideal for Dolby Atmos immersive format, 5.1 surround, or stereo.
Whether you are doing music production, mixing, or mastering, Meter Pro provides all the tools to deliver consistent audio levels for perfect translation across all the formats your projects are intended for. With the wide range of metering options, you have a wide overview to help you make informed decisions within your respective workflow.
There is an extensive list of industry-standard loudness presets for streaming platforms, broadcast, and film standards. These include Spotify, YouTube, Netflix, TASA, SAWA, ITU, ATSC, AGCOM, EBU, and ARIB. In addition, there is a range of visualizations, such as momentary bar, short-term history capture, and histogram. What’s more, the numeric data feedback includes true peak max, integrated loudness, loudness range, PSR, PLR, and other formats.
For True Peak and RMS Monitoring, you can choose between a range of different modes, including Non-Linear, Non-Linear 2x, Linear, Linear 2x, K-20, K-14, and K-12. Meanwhile, the Lissajous Phase Scope and Phase Correlation Meter will help you with mono compatibility and cohesive stereo imaging. And finally, the VU and PPM meters give you that classic analogue feel.
