The PRS SE P20E Parlor Acoustic is now available in a Limited Edition Antique White finish
PRS just announced a new Limited Edition version of its SE P20E Parlor Acoustic in an Antique White finish. Only 3500 models in this colour will be available worldwide. This smaller bodied acoustic could be the ideal companion for songwriting and performing. So if you fancy something a bit special, now is the time.
PRS Limited Edition Antique White SE P20E Parlor Acoustic
When PRS first introduced its new smaller bodied SE Parlor acoustic, it got a very favourable reception from the guitar community as a whole. The design is very tastefully done, and combined with its PRS hybrid “X”/Classical bracing, it allows the top to freely vibrate which makes it sound great and a lot richer than you might expect.
“The SE parlor acoustics have been received very well by players at all levels, and from their inception, we thought this would be a good platform to have a bit of fun with color,” said Jack Higginbotham, PRS COO. “From Davy Knowles to PRS Pulse Artist Sophia Gripari to thousands of players at home, these guitars offer a new and unique tool for writing, home-recording, and getting lost in playing for hours without ending up with a sore strumming shoulder.”
The company had a limited run of Powder Blue versions back in November, which looked a lot nicer than I had expected. This time, we get a Limited Edition Antique White model. Again, I think that the colour works well on the design, though I suspect most colours will look good on this design. Except maybe neon green or neon pink!

A Good All-Rounder
I personally think that the overall design of these smaller bodied guitars is very good and perfect for sitting on the sofa and writing songs with. But it’s not only a great songwriting tool, you can easily play the instrument live or on your recordings. The Limited Edition PRS SE P20E Antique White features a Fishman GT1 pickups system, so you can plug it in direct as well.
