Reverb & Tremolo
The Source Audio Pathways offers seven reverb and echo types inspired by timeless guitar sounds. Whether classic spring reverb from tube amps, vintage outboard gear, or studio-quality reverbs, the Pathways has it all. From subtle to ambient. These are named: Spring, Spring Tank, Plate, Room, Hall, Slapback, and Echo
In addition to the reverb options, the Pathways offers three tremolo types: Bias, Opto, and Harmonic. The range extends from a defined, rhythmic pulse to smooth, flowing movements and more complex modulation effects.
Neuro-3
The Neuro-3 app allows even deeper manipulation of the sounds and the addition of additional functions. It also offers an extensive preset library.
The Source Audio Pathways is also fully MIDI- compatible and features 16 memory locations (128 presets per MIDI). On the sides and back are a footswitch for tap tempo control, stereo inputs and outputs, and an expression pedal jack.
The circuit has an analog dry-through path to keep your tone intact, so it won’t mess with your sound.
Verdict
Having up to 128 presets available via MIDI, and modern updates like Tap Temp, bring this reverb and tremolo up to date. You still get the classic ’50s and ’60s effects, with the convenience guitarists want in 2026. A well-thought-out pedal, easy-to-use effect, and one that will be popular, as it takes up little room on a pedalboard.
Having the app for control is also a huge bonus with this one.
