Stereo Easy Listening
The EarthQuaker Devices Easy Listening is 100% analog and a very useful little tool in many situations. Place it at the end of your signal chain, after your effects, and plug it directly into your mixing console or audio interface. This is made possible by a high-quality amp and speaker simulation. No impulse response or anything like that.
Built on customer feedback and requests for more features, the 2025 Easy Listening amp simulator adds the same all-analog circuitry used in a number of EQD pedals to fully replicate a guitar amp and speaker cabinet.
Mono or Stereo
It works in mono or stereo. This little box even converts your mono signal into a full-fledged stereo signal. It then passes it through perfectly balanced stereo outputs with ground lift. So: no hum or similar interference.
Added EQ and AUX input
It also features a fine 3-band EQ (bass, mid, treble) for instantly tailoring the sound to your needs. The main voice is an all-original, American-style amp, and the EQ allows users to push it further.
In addition to the large level control for adjusting the output, there’s a separate AUX control.
This continuously blends in the signal from the AUX input. The AUX signal bypasses the EQ, amp, and speaker simulation, allowing for seamless integration of backing tracks and drum machines into the signal path. This makes it not only a great practice tool but also perfectly suited for live performances.
It has XLR outputs, a headphone output, and a Ground Lift switch, so it is very well specified for its diminutive size.
Power comes easily via a standard 9 V DC power adapter, making it a great addition to pedalboard rigs and more.
