The new Mooer F40i Intelligent Amp is powered by two 4″ FRFR stereo speakers and available in a rechargeable lithium battery version, the F40i Li, or as a regular model (the F40i ) that needs to be plugged into the mains power.

Aesthetically, they follow the same design as the F15i Li models, but now they pack 40 watts of stereo power rather than 15 watts. These new 40-watt desktop amplifiers are designed to serve as a complete, portable guitar rig for modern musicians, blending advanced digital modeling with high-fidelity stereo output.
Perfect if you need more grunt, this new, larger model is the one to look at in 2026.
iAMP
At the heart of the F40i is the Mooer iAMP effect system, which uses their proprietary MNRS nonlinear modeling technology. The unit comes preloaded with 55-amp models and 69 effect types.
For players seeking even more variety, the companion iAMP mobile app allows users to download hundreds of GNR and GIR files, support third-party impulse responses (IRs), and share tones globally.
To enhance the playing experience, Mooer has implemented its DPE technology, which is designed to improve dynamics and spatial depth.
Circular Touchscreen
Control is handled via a 1.28-inch circular touchscreen located on the unit, providing an intuitive interface for navigating presets and settings. The amps also include a built-in drum machine with 60 grooves, 10 metronome styles, and a 60-second looper, making them great for jamming or practicing.
Connectivity
The F40i includes a USB-C port for high-quality OTG (On-The-Go) audio recording, allowing guitarists to record studio-grade sound directly to mobile devices for social media or demo tracking.
Professional-grade hardware features include an XLR and 1/4″ combo jack input, dual line-out jacks for external amplification, and Bluetooth 5.0 compatibility for streaming backing tracks. Which means they pack in a lot for the price point.
The amp is housed in a travel-ready chassis equipped with a carrying strap and is compatible with the Mooer F4 wireless footswitch, offering hands-free control for live performance or home practice.
