Behringer BH20: Affordable Recording Headphones
The new Behringer BH20 headphones have been created for tracking and rehearsing in your home studio, with a comfortable closed-back design.
Affordable closed-back headphones have their place in studios and educational facilities that may require 30-40 pairs for use on orchestra recordings or in sound labs.
Behringer BH20
The BH20 is equipped with 40 mm neodymium drivers with a frequency response of 10 Hz to 26 kHz, delivering a clear, articulate sound. With a comfortable adjustable headband and soft ear pads, you can quickly find a setting that fits snugly and immediately start working on your next project.
With a closed-back design, the BH20 provides the isolation needed for recording, and you can also listen discretely, which is perfect for late-night beatmaking sessions without waking up your neighbours. The BH20 is fitted with a lengthy 3-meter cable, which gives you some room to switch to different instruments in your studio without interruption.
Also included is a gold-plated mini-jack adapter and a drawstring pouch to protect your headphones from dust. Overall, the BH20 is ideal for home studio users who don’t want to spend an arm and a leg on headphones. Moreover, if you need to outfit your studio or rehearsal space with multiple pairs, this is a worthwhile option.
Closed-back headphones are absolutely essential for recording, so it’s a good idea to have a spare pair of BH20s lying around for collaborative projects, or simply as a backup. In addition, the BH20 has a low-impedance rating, so it will perform well with a wide range of professional and consumer devices.

Looks very similar to the Beyerdynamic DT-250. Could be a good budget alternative to them. I have two pairs of DT-250 that I’ve been using for at least 15 years. Buying a pair of these Behringer headphones just for comparing them with my DT-250 could be interesting.
