UA 610 Collection is Now Native!
The 610 Collection gives you access to two flavours of tube channel strips, including the UA 610-A and 610-B, ideal for adding that warm tube character to vocals, drums, and any instrument in your mix. The first 610 tube console was originally designed by Bill Putnam Sr. in the late 1950s, before transistor-based circuitry took over.

Engineers found that the console was more than a functional tool for music recording, as it imparted colourful tube harmonics and saturation onto any sound source. To extend this legacy in recording, Universal Audio has carefully recreated two different models of the classic tube channel strips from the 610 consoles.
This includes the tube preamplification stage, transformers, and the original EQ circuits, which can be used sparingly for cleaner results are driven for adding colour and character into your recordings.
