Studio Deals:
The holiday season is almost upon us, so it’s the perfect time to get busy in your studio with a new audio interface, a microphone, or a compressor to take your recordings to a new level. Let’s check out some of the offers currently available:
Studio Deals: Adam Audio H200 Headphones
For years, Adam Audio has been a trusted manufacturer of studio monitors, with a wide range of loudspeakers, including options for small project studios, post-production facilities, and large-scale professional studios. With this in mind, the introduction of Adam Audio’s first pair of headphones was highly anticipated.

The H200 uses a closed-back design, which makes it ideal for a wide range of tasks in studio, such as monitoring while tracking, music production, and mixing. With the 40 mm neodymium drivers, the H200 produces a frequency response of 2 to 23,500 Hz, with a maximum SPL of 112.5 dB.
In addition, with a low impedance rating of 32 ohms, the H200 will perform well with a wide range of consumer and professional audio devices. The H200 ships with a useful carry bag for easy transportation and its detachable 3-meter cable.

Studio Deals: Focusrite Audio Interfaces
The Focusrite Scarlett and Clarett series are some of the most trusted and widely used audio interfaces in the world of home recording. The favoured Scarlett range provides a combination of clean preamps and conversion, with some high channel count options like the 18i20 that carry affordable price tags.

Meanwhile, the Clarett range provides preamps and converters with a higher dynamic range and lower noise floor, which promises cleaner recordings. What’s more, the Clarett interfaces are also equipped with the Air mode, which is modelled on the classic ISA110 mic preamps.
Whichever one of the Focusrite interfaces you choose, you can be sure that many other musicians and recording enthusiasts have made the same choice and got some great results. Also, Focusrite interfaces are easy to use, with stable software drivers that make setups a breeze, so you can focus on the music.

Studio Deals: Warm Audio
Warm Audio has built a stellar reputation for building reliable modern recreations of classic recording gear at prices you can actually afford. From rare microphones to sought-after preamps and legendary compressors like the 1176, Warm Audio has put its stamp on the recording industry with its own versions of these vintage pieces.

The key to the Warm Audio formula is the production line, which uses premium parts in each design, such as transformers from Carnhill and CineMag, and Tung-Sol tubes. Each product is manufactured and assembled in China before being sent back to Warm Audio headquarters in Austin, Texas, for quality control and testing.
With this process, Warm Audio is able to ensure the best possible quality-to-price ratio, so you can get that classic recording experience without the hefty level of expenditure associated with using vintage gear. Also, because it’s designed for modern studios, Warm Audio gear doesn’t require the maintenance that classic gear requires.

Studio Deals: SSL Bus+
The Bus+ is the final boss of bus compressors from SSL, with all the bus processing features you could ever want in a VCA-style compressor. There are four operating modes, which cover a wide range of applications, including the basic stereo mode, dual-mono mode, sidechain stereo mode, and mid-side processing mode.

Compared to the usual attack and release time settings on the standard G Series bus compressor, SSL has added a few more options, so you have two different auto-release settings. Also, you have a choice of different character modes, such as the cleaner LOW THD MODE, the classic FEEDBACK MODE, and colourful 4K MODE.
In addition, the Bus+ is also equipped with a 2-band dynamic EQ section with compression and expansion modes on each band. Overall, the Bus+ is likely to become one of the most frequently used pieces of gear in your studio, with so many ways to use it in series or in parallel.
